It’s that time of year again - when we at Riversong hold the first of our mistletoe propagation workshops.

Our native mistletoes were once abundant, fulfilling vital ecological roles throughout the ngahere. For decades, our mission has been to return these highly specialised plants to their rightful place in the forest ecosystem.

This workshop is part of that mission.

You’ll learn:

• how to plant and manage these rare species
• how to overcome the barriers that limit their survival
• how to understand their unique needs
• how to establish new, thriving populations
